KRS 189A.010. Any person who is arrested for a violation of KRS 189A.010 shall be detained in custody at least six (6) hours following his or her arrest. Acts ch. 111, sec. 4, provides that the Act, which amended this statute and KRS 189A.103 and created KRS 507.060, may be cited as Lily's Law.
