(1) The commissioner of the Department of Corrections is hereby authorized and directed to do all things necessary or incidental to the carrying out of the compact in every particular and he may in his discretion delegate this authority.

(2) KRS 196.610 may be cited as the Interstate Corrections Compact. Effective: July 14, 1992 History: Amended 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 211, sec. 40, effective July 14, 1992. -- Amended 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 344, sec. 19, effective July 15, 1982. -- Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 154, secs. 2 and 4.
