No agreement by any employee to pay any portion of the insurance premium paid by his employer shall be valid. No employer shall deduct any portion of such premium from the wages or salary of any employee entitled to the benefits of this chapter. Effective: October 1, 1942. History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
