Any contract, express or implied, made in violation of any of the provisions of KRS 365.020 to 365.050 is an illegal contract and no recovery shall be had thereon. History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 4748h-9.
