(1) Except as provided in KRS 457.150, any power of attorney to confess judgment or to suffer judgment to pass by default or otherwise, and any release of errors, given before an action is instituted, is void. (2) No person shall appear for a defendant under any such power in any court in this state. Effective: July 14, 2018 History: Amended 2018 Ky.
