attorney -- How deducted. The county judge/executive shall, by an order entered of record, enforce the provisions of KRS 61.120 as against county attorneys, and the fiscal court shall enforce its provisions as against the county judge/executive. The Circuit Judge shall enforce its provisions as against the Commonwealth's attorney in his judicial circuit, by an order entered of record, a copy of which shall, as soon as entered, be sent by the clerk of the court to the Finance and Administration Cabinet.
