A constable may distrain for his own fees, or may place his fees in another officer's hands for collection, and may distrain for other officers' fees placed in his hands for collection. He shall account for officers' fees six (6) months after they are placed in his hands. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky.
