Any municipality or board exercising any of the powers granted under KRS 96.550 to 96.890 or any person accepting benefits conferred thereby shall be estopped to question the validity of any provision of KRS 96.550 to 96.890. History: Created 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 18, sec. 33.
