257.697a Sale or operation of certain vehicles unlawful; exception.
Sec. 697a.
No person shall sell or offer for sale or operate on the highways any vehicles manufactured or assembled after January 1, 1955, except those exempted from certificate of title requirements under the provisions of section 216 of chapter 2 of this act, as amended, unless it is equipped with mechanical or electrical turn signals meeting the requirements of section 697. This section shall not apply to any motorcycle or motor-driven cycle.
