333.22237 Data and statistics as condition precedent to issuance of certificate of need.

Sec. 22237.

As a condition precedent to the issuance of a certificate of need, the department may require that a health facility provide the department with data and statistics determined necessary by the department to carry out departmental duties required under this part, if the data and statistics have not already been reported to the department in a usable format.
