CAREER AND TECHNICAL PREPARATION ACT

388.1910 Enrollment information.

Sec. 10.

    By March 1 of each school year thereafter, a school district or state approved nonpublic school shall provide general information about the career and technical preparation enrollment options under this act to all pupils in grade 8 or higher.
