POSTSECONDARY ENROLLMENT OPTIONS ACT

388.520 General information.

Sec. 10.

By March 1 of each year, a school district or state approved nonpublic school shall provide general information about the postsecondary enrollment options under this act to all pupils in grade 8 or higher.
