THE SOCIAL WELFARE ACT
Act 280 of 1939
400.36 County department; compliance with state requirements as to payment of assistance.
Sec. 36.
When assistance is given to any person under the provisions of this act with respect to old age assistance, aid to dependent children, aid to the blind, and aid to the permanently and totally disabled, the county department of social welfare shall comply with all requirements of the state department.
