Act 280 of 1939


400.41 Report by recipient on acquisition of property; recommendations of county department.

Sec. 41.

    If at any time after approval of a grant of assistance the recipient, or the spouse of the recipient, becomes possessed of any property or income of which the county department of social welfare has no knowledge, it shall be the duty of the recipient to notify said county department of social welfare which shall report and make recommendations to the state department which in turn may cancel, suspend or alter the certificate of allowance.
