NRS 155.123 Temporary restraining orders or injunctions issued to protect
assets of estate or trust. In
accordance with the provisions of NRS 33.010
and the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure, and upon such terms and conditions as
the court deems just and appropriate, the court may issue a temporary
restraining order or an injunction to preserve and protect assets of the estate
or trust.
