No person shall willfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of any police officer invested by law with authority to direct, control or regulate traffic. Laws 1961, p. 373, § 11-103; Laws 1968, c. 58, § 1, emerg. eff. March 18, 1968.
