      419C.309 Service of summons or other process. Summonses or other process issuing from the juvenile court may be served without further indorsement in any county of the state by an officer of the county in which the proceeding is pending, by an officer of the county in which the person to be served is found or by any person authorized by the court to serve the process. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the provisions of law or the Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure applicable to summonses in civil cases apply to summonses issued from juvenile court.
