430.555 Liability for violation of civil rights or injuries to participant. Liability for violation of civil rights under ORS 430.450 to 430.555 or injuries to a person participating in a diversion program or caused by a person in a diversion program under ORS 430.450 to 430.555 shall, except in the case of gross negligence, be borne by the county making the arrest and the state in equal shares, and shall not extend to persons administering the provisions of ORS 430.450 to 430.555.
