Department of Environmental Quality.
There is hereby established in the executive-administrative branch of the
government of the state under the Environmental Quality Commission a department
to be known as the Department of Environmental Quality. The department shall
consist of the Director of the Department of Environmental Quality and all
personnel employed in the department. [Formerly 449.032]
