      468.160 Policy. In the interest of the public peace, health and safety, it is the policy of the State of Oregon to assist in the prevention, control and reduction of air, water and noise pollution and solid waste, hazardous wastes and used oil in this state by providing tax relief with respect to Oregon facilities constructed to accomplish such prevention, control and reduction.
