      469.556 Rules governing uranium-related activities. The Energy Facility Siting Council shall adopt rules governing the location, construction and operation of uranium mills and uranium mill tailings disposal facilities and the treatment, storage and disposal of uranium mine overburden for the protection of the public health and safety and the environment.
