Enactment. Subchapter D was added November 17, 1995, 1st Sp.Sess., P.L.1118, No.32, effective
in 60 days.
Applicability. Section 3(2) of Act 32 of 1995, 1st Sp.Sess, provided that Subchapter D shall apply
in all cases in which the death penalty is imposed on or after January 1, 1996.
§ 9570. Short title of subchapter.
This subchapter shall be known and may be cited as the Capital Unitary Review Act.
