Section 5(b) of the Act of March 18, 1959 (73 Stat. 5), is amended by inserting, immediately following the words ‘public property’ the words ‘, and to all lands defined as “available lands” by section 203 of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act, 1920, as amended,’.
