In this chapter:(1)Fund.—The term “Fund” means the Land and Water Conservation Fund established under section 200302 of this title.(2)State.—The term “State” means a State, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands.(Pub.
