281.92 AnnotationThe Department of Natural Resources may consider wetland water quality standards in ch. NR 103, Wis. Adm. Code, when making a water level determination under former s. 31.02 (1), 2011 stats. Former s. 281.92, 2011 stats., does not preclude the department from applying the wetland water quality standards in ch.
