(a) As used in this chapter:
(i) "Crops" means any agricultural products grown or
processed in this state;
(ii) "Elevators" means facilities leasing space for
storage of crops;
(iii) "Harvesting" means cubing, baling, threshing,
combining, swathing, chopping, digging, picking or shelling
