(a) As used in this article:
(i) "Government" includes any branch, subdivision or
agency of the state of Wyoming or any city, town, county, school
district or special district within it;
(ii) "Governmental function" includes any activity
which a public servant is legally authorized to undertake on
behalf of a government;
(iii) "Harm" means loss, disadvantage or injury;
(iv) "Pecuniary benefit" is benefit in the form of
property;

(v) "Public officer" means a person who holds an
office which is created or granted authority by the constitution

witness, advisor, consultant or otherwise, in performing a
