Presentation of claims
(a) Claims for the following must be presented to APHIS, through the inspector in charge, on a form approved by the Administrator:
(1) Compensation for the value of animals;
(2) The cost of burial, burning, or other disposition of animals;
(3) The value of material destroyed; and
(4) The expenses of destruction.
