Call Now: 904-383-7448Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the Secretary of State may promulgate such rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of this title, which are incidental to and necessary for the implementation and enforcement of such provisions of this title as are administered by the Secretary of State. Such rules and regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with Chapter 13 of Title 50, the "Georgia Administrative Procedure Act."

Note to 1986 Amendment This section was added by a 1986 amendment. For the first time, by virtue of that amendment, the Secretary of State is authorized to issue rules and regulations under Title 14. Such rules are required to be issued in accordance with the Georgia Administrative Procedure Act ( § 50-13-1 et seq. ).
