Section 9. Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act, 14-9-100 through 14-9-1204.

ARTICLE 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

14-9-100. Short title.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Georgia Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act."

(Code 1981, §14-9-100, enacted by Ga. L. 1988, p. 1016, § 1; Ga. L. 2017, p. 774, § 14/HB 323.)

The 2017 amendment, effective May 9, 2017, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted "This chapter shall be known and may be cited" for "This chapter may be cited" at the beginning of this Code section.
