TITLE 17 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

Section 14. Restitution and Distribution of Profits to Victims of Crimes, 17-14-1 through 17-14-32.

ARTICLE 2 DISTRIBUTION OF PROFITS OF CRIMES

17-14-32. Penalties for violations of article.

  1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, partnership, association, or other legal entity to fail to comply with this article.
  2. Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, association, or other legal entity violating this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
  3. Each day that a person, firm, corporation, partnership, association, or other legal entity continues in violation of this article shall constitute a separate offense.
