Call Now: 904-383-7448There is established as a trust fund, separate and apart from all other public funds of this state, an Unemployment Compensation Fund, which shall be administered by the Commissioner exclusively for the purposes of this chapter. The fund shall consist of:

- Section 903 of the federal Social Security Act, referred to in paragraph (6), is codified as 42 U.S.C. § 1103.
Section 204 of the Federal-State Extended Unemployment Compensation Act of 1970, referred to in paragraph (7), is noted following 26 U.S.C. § 3304.
