476.1 Operation of motor vehicle by motor carrier of general commodities; certificate of authority.
Sec. 1.
A motor carrier of general commodities shall not operate any motor vehicle in for-hire transportation on any public highway in this state except in accordance with this act. A motor carrier of general commodities shall not operate upon any public highway without first having obtained a certificate of authority from the commission.
