NRS 159.103 Claims against estate of protected person. A guardian of the estate shall pay from the
guardianship estate pursuant to NRS 159.105,
159.107 and 159.109 all just claims against the
protected person, the estate or the guardian as such, whether accruing before
or after the appointment of the guardian and whether arising in contract, in
tort or otherwise.
