Costs of Certification. Fees and costs shall be the same as in civil appeals docketed before the Supreme Court and shall be equally divided between the parties unless otherwise ordered by the certifying court. Added by Laws 1973, c. 22, § 6, operative July 1, 1973. Amended by Laws 1997, c. 61, § 8, eff. Nov. 1, 1997.
