Section 9. Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act, 14-9-100 through 14-9-1204.

ARTICLE 12 APPLICABILITY

14-9-1204. Applicability of Uniform Partnership Act.

The provisions of Chapter 8 of this title, known as the "Uniform Partnership Act," shall govern in any case not provided for in this chapter.

COMMENT

Note to Georgia Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act This section provides that the Uniform Partnership Act governs any case not provided for by the Georgia Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act.

Prior Georgia Law Section 14-8-6(2) provides that the Uniform Partnership Act applies to "limited partnerships except insofar as the statutes relating to such partnerships are inconsistent with this chapter."
